A. Flowmeter to Common Outlet

3. LEAK TEST/OUTPUT TEST VAPORIZER
(Precision/Out of Breathing Circle)
A. Leak Test
1. Closed Position
a. 100mm Hg. Pressure/Less than 20mm Hg. Loss in 30 seconds
2. Closed Position
b. 200mm Hg. Pressure/Less than 4mm Hg. Loss in 30 seconds
B. Output Test
1. Riken or Infrared Spectrophotometer Analysis of Vaporizer Efficacy
2. Tolerance 15% of Dial
3. Written Report as to Status
4. LEAK TEST REBREATHING HEAD
A. Inspect Seals, "O" Rings, Gaskets, Connections
B. Inspect Pop-off Valve
1. Leak Test: Internal
2. Leak Test: External
5. CLEAN, LUBRICATE, TIGHTEN, ALIGN, LOCKTITE, TEFLON, ADJUST AS
NECESSARY
6. REPLACE 3/16 INCH, 1/4 INCH, AND/OR 5/16 INCH I.D. CONDUCTIVE TUBING
7. INSTALL NEW (DISPOSABLE) ADULT & PEDI REBREATHING SETS
8. LEAK TEST AND INSPECT ACCESSORIES
A. RB Bags & Sets
