SERVICE
Routine testing of an anesthesia system will ensure the safety of patients and staff. Routine maintenance is equally important and will ensure that your anesthesia system will give you many years of trouble free, safe service.
How often should your system receive routine maintenance? It has been our experience that the interval varies between 1 and 3 years. We have found a direct correlation with the number of personnel that use the system and the frequency of routine maintenance. That is, the greater the number of users, the shorter the maintenance interval. If you are not sure of what your maintenance schedule should be, please contact us. We will be happy to help you determine the proper maintenance cycle for your situation.
In those rare instances when problems do occur with your system it is our goal to provide you with prompt and efficient service. As your first step in resolving your problem you may wish to download our Troubleshooting Guide. This document will assist you in the identifications and resolution of the most common problems you may experience with your anesthesia system. If the Troubleshooting Guide does not cover your problem or you need more immediate attention please feel free to call 541-389-4636 or e-mail us.
